Role Description This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Manager. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing property operations, handling tenant relationships, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also involves preparing financial reports, analyzing market trends, and assisting with leasing activities. This position is based in the United States, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

Experience in property management, tenant relations, and leasing activities

Strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance

Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and market trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with property management software is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
