as a Sales Development Representative, shaping the first customer interactions and driving growth through stablecoin‑based payment solutions.

Overview Bridge is an entirely new payments platform built with stablecoins to simplify global money movement. By enabling faster, cheaper cross‑border payments and providing virtual accounts for international users, Bridge is creating the infrastructure for trillions of dollars to move and settle via stablecoin rails.

Responsibilities

Promptly follow up on inbound leads to qualify them as sales opportunities and advance solid leads through the funnel to Account Executives.

Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to research and develop outreach materials for high‑value prospects.

Build relationships with prospects to uncover needs through discovery, qualifying interest and viability for a seamless hand‑off to sales.

Manage lead lists, exceed service level agreements, consistently update activities and contact information within the CRM, and assist with weekly reporting.

Offer ongoing feedback and insights to the go‑to‑market (GTM) team to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

Qualifications

4+ years in client‑facing roles including sales, account management or solutions consulting.

Strong preference for experience in an API‑based business and in payments, fintech or crypto.

Outstanding communicator, able to quickly address discovery questions to identify the customer’s needs and converge on actionable next steps.

Demonstrated motivation to succeed, willingness to challenge customers in the discovery process, and aggressively pursue opportunities where Bridge can impact the customer’s business.

Self‑directed, well organized and exceptional communication skills. Own your success within the organization.

Pay & Benefits The annual U.S. base salary range for this role is $74,400 – $111,600. For sales roles, the range is an On‑Target Earnings (OTE) range including commissions/bonuses and base salary. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.

In‑Office Expectations Stripe employees in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users. Expectations vary by role, team, and location. For example, staff in the Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in‑office expectation, while those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office.
