ERP Master Data Management (MDM), Data Analytics & Integration Techno‑Functional Lead This hybrid role (4 days/week onsite) is located at our headquarters in Fremont, California. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead to design, govern, and deliver Nextracker’s Product Data Hub, Customer Data Hub, Financial Data Hub, ERP Analytics, and Integration architecture. The position is strategic, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability across ERP and enterprise systems while enabling seamless integrations and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

MDM Strategy & Governance

– Define and implement master data governance frameworks across Product, Customer, and Financial Data Hubs. Establish standards, hierarchies, stewardship roles, and audit controls.

Product Data Hub

– Manage product master data (items, BOMs, routings, attributes), ensuring consistency across ERP, PLM, and Manufacturing systems.

Customer Data Hub

– Govern customer and partner master data (hierarchies, accounts, contacts, credit), aligned with CRM and Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Financial Data Hub

– Manage financial master data (chart of accounts, cost centers, entities, intercompany structures) to enable accurate, compliant reporting.

ERP Data Analytics

– Lead enterprise‑wide ERP analytics strategy, define KPIs, dashboards, and predictive models in partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams. Drive adoption of BI tools and ERP‑native analytics.

Integration Leadership

– Oversee ERP integration strategy across PLM, MES, WMS, CRM, HR, and reporting platforms. Ensure data flow integrity, performance, and governance for APIs and middleware.

Data Migration & Cleansing

– Lead ERP master data and transaction data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.

Data Quality & Controls

– Define KPIs for master data and integration quality, implement monitoring, error handling, and remediation workflows. Partner with SOX/Internal Audit for governance and compliance controls.

Technology Enablement

– Evaluate, implement, and manage MDM, Integration, and Analytics platforms (Oracle EDMCS, SAP MDG, Informatica, MuleSoft, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Azure Data Factory).

Innovation

– Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI to accelerate data creation, enrichment, anomaly detection, predictive insights, and integration monitoring.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

15+ years of IT/ERP experience with deep exposure to master data, integrations, and analytics.

10+ years of hands‑on ERP experience managing Product, Customer, and Financial data domains in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP.

Proven expertise in ERP integrations across PLM, MES, WMS, CRM, and BI platforms.

Strong track record in ERP analytics/reporting (KPIs, dashboards, visualization).

Experience leading ERP data migration, cleansing, and governance programs.

Excellent program leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a global, fast‑paced, and highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or high‑tech industries.

Familiarity with MDM and integration platforms (Oracle EDMCS, SAP MDG, Informatica, Reltio, MuleSoft).

Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or data governance/data management credentials (DAMA, CDMP, CBIP).

Employees in certain positions may be eligible for stock compensation. Pay is based on market location and may vary; the annual salary range for this position is $180,000 to $195,000.
