What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead end‑to‑end executive recruiting for critical senior roles within the Platform group
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping talent strategies and competency frameworks
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage top‑tier passive candidates
Evaluate candidates for technical depth and alignment with the company’s mission and values
Mentor and guide a team of Sourcers and Channel Specialists to enhance recruiting processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on senior and principal engineering, design, and product leadership roles
Proven success in hiring Senior Staff+/Principal ICs and Director‑level leaders in technical organizations
Experience collaborating with Directors and VPs to define talent strategies and frameworksDemonstrated ability to mentor Sourcers to improve pipeline quality and diversity
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Interest or experience in blockchain, crypto, Web3, fintech, or distributed systems
Proven ability to craft compelling pitches and navigate complex offer negotiations
Skilled in presenting recruiting analytics and forecasts to executive stakeholders
Experience in building and executing scalable senior‑hiring programs
