Director, Business Development, AI Factories, Global

**This role can be based remotely in the US.** The Regional Business Development Director will identify and develop new business opportunities for Vantage within the AI infrastructure ecosystem—focusing on foundational model developers, GPUaaS providers, OEMs, and hyperscalers. This role will drive early leasing velocity by aligning Vantage’s data center capacity with customer demand and serve as the regional lead for AI ecosystem partnerships.Ensure alignment of Vantage’s offerings with customer requirements, escalating feedback to leadership and product teams. **Job Requirements** Previous experience working with key vendors in the AI or cloud ecosystem.Strong strategic relationship-building skills, capable of engaging at both executive and operational levels. Commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals and understand financial drivers. Regional expertise and familiarity with local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances.Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work seamlessly across sales, product, and operations.
