Amarillo, TX
Lubbock, TX
What You'll Actually Do
Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs of all sizes
Work outdoors on lifts, cranes, and rooftops - no two jobs are ever the same
Wire and troubleshoot electrical components on sign systems
Read drawings, review specs, and follow codes to get it right the first time
Load your truck with tools, materials, and equipment to stay efficient on site
Document your work with photos and checklists, and communicate clearly with your crew, office, and customers

(split depending on testing/licensing status
Relocation package available for the right candidate
Extremely competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
Pay range $60k-$80k
Overtime pay that's tax-free under federal law
We offer additional stipend compensation for having and maintaining a commercial driver's license (CDL) in good standing.

Minimum Requirements
8,000 or more hours of verifiable sign installation or service experience
Eligible and willing to test for a Texas Journeyman Sign Electrician license
Reliable work ethic and safety-first mindset
Comfortable with heights, ladders, cranes, and physical labor
Ability to read plans, specs, and follow codes
Welding &/or crane/lift experience
Commercial Driver's License Preferred
