We are looking for a
Pega Engineer
to support the design, development, and rollout of key features for one of our financial‑services clients. The role focuses on
Pega’s Smart Investigate module
while also contributing to
Java‑based integrations and backend logic , enabling scalable and secure solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop full‑stack applications with strong focus on security, design, validation, and SDLC standards
Leverage Java for backend components, integrations, and custom extensions of Pega applications
Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineering teams to define product requirements and objectives
Participate in system design and platform architecture discussions
Build resilient, scalable, and secure modules leveraging cloud‑native services
Develop integration flows using REST, SOAP, and Java‑based connectors where applicable

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Pega frameworks in the banking sector
Hands‑on experience with Pega Smart Investigate
Solid experience coding in Java, including OOP, integration patterns, and debugging
Understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts
Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, multi‑directional environment
Nice to Have
Pega certifications such as CSSA or CLSA
Experience in financial services, ideally in corporate cash management
Strong communication skills, drive, and ownership
