We invite you to join us in this transformation. # **Job Description****Role Summary**We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer & Integration Lead who combines strong technical capabilities with a clear understanding of product delivery. This role blends hands-on development with coordination responsibilities, supporting platform software efforts and ensuring that integration across internal and external teams aligns with product goals and quality expectations.**Responsibilities*** **Software Development**: Contribute to platform software using Linux-based systems, RTOS, DSP integration, and other middleware technologies.* **Product Delivery Support**: Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent software and **a**udio technology interests, track progress, and help drive delivery—acting as a delegate for the software manager when needed.* **Integration Oversight**: Identify and help resolve integration issues across software components and partner deliverables.* **Platform Scalability**: Contribute to the development of reusable, scalable software components that support future product lines.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with systems, QA, and security teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and compliance.* **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain technical notes, integration matrices, and progress reports to support transparency and alignment.**Qualifications*** Strong experience with **Linux**, **RTOS**, and **C/C++** development.* Demonstrated understanding of **product delivery lifecycles**, including integration and validation.* Proven experience with **audio technologies**, such as DSP pipelines, latency-sensitive systems, or room correction algorithms.* Ability to work across multiple software frameworks and contribute to integration efforts.* Excellent communication and coordination skills; comfortable representing technical interests in multi-team environments.* Experience in **system integration**, **OEM/ODM collaboration**, or **consumer electronics** is a plus.* Self-driven, organized, and capable of balancing development work with coordination responsibilities.At Bose, you're inspired to be and do your best and are rewarded for your unique talents!
