We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to oversee delivery across multiple in‑house software products that power our market research capabilities. This role will be responsible for maintaining and executing the delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment across product and engineering streams, and driving consistent, high‑quality delivery outcomes. As Senior Delivery Manager, you will coordinate globally distributed development teams and stakeholders, establishing clear visibility into progress, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth and predictable delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and deep experience in agile delivery environments. What You’ll Do

Delivery Leadership & Roadmap Management Own, maintain, and communicate the product delivery roadmap across multiple software initiatives Drive alignment between product management, engineering, QA, and business functions Track progress against milestones, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery Global Team Coordination Manage and coordinate delivery across globally distributed teams in multiple time zones Foster collaboration and clear communication between teams and stakeholders across regions Adapt delivery processes to accommodate distributed development models Stakeholder Management & Visibility Establish delivery visibility through regular reporting, dashboards, and reviews Communicate delivery progress, key decisions, and risks to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders Serve as the central point of contact for all delivery‑related topics Agile Process Oversight Oversee and continuously improve agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) across teams Facilitate key agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and retrospectives as needed Coach teams to enhance delivery predictability, quality, and collaboration Identify and manage cross‑stream dependencies and potential bottlenecks Proactively monitor delivery risks and issues, driving timely mitigation and resolution Maintain delivery confidence through proactive planning and stakeholder alignment Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by on‑time release delivery, cross‑team alignment scores, and reduction in delivery risk or unplanned work. You’ll be comfortable in making decisions and collaborating with team leads, e.g. prioritization trade‑offs, scope adjustments or resource allocations. You lead through influence and clarity, empowering teams to deliver their best work rather than commanding from above. What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or technical project management, ideally in a software product or SaaS environment Proven success managing delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams and globally distributed teams Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles Proficiency with delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, Smartsheet, or Aha Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills What We Offer
