The Stadium Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of Stadium Operations and supports the day‑to‑day operations of Levi’s Stadium. This role provides assistance across multiple areas of stadium and event operations, helping ensure that Levi’s Stadium is prepared and operating smoothly for daily activity, private events, internal functions, and large‑scale stadium events. This is a part‑time, temporary position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supports all aspects of stadium and event operations assigned.
Assists in maintaining the stadium calendar, coordinating bookings, and ensuring alignment across internal and external event requests.
Reviews event information and layouts for feasibility, safety, and compliance with operational standards and best practices.
Participates in weekly coordination meetings with internal teams to review upcoming and completed events and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborates with Stadium Operations and other departments to support efficient daily operations, event transitions, and readiness.
Helps prepare layouts, signage, and operational guidelines to support events and stadium use.
Contributes to event planning and execution by assisting with timelines, documents, site visits, and reports.
Responds to operational requests from internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure the stadium is event‑ready.
Assists with tracking and maintaining operational inventory and supplies.
Conducts stadium walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and confirm spaces are event‑ready.
Supports the broader stadium operations team with additional projects and cross‑departmental needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Abilities and Skills:
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully in resolving conflicts or competing priorities.
Flexible and adaptable; able to balance multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in alignment with the stadium’s event schedule.
Education and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
High school degree or equivalent.
Must have valid driver’s license.
1 year of customer service experience required.
1 year of similar work experience desirable.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
