What you'll work on here
Backend software engineering & infrastructure engineering to support the AI and agentic flows
Owning and operating LLM-backed products in production at scale
RAG/data ingestion pipelines
Prompt engineering
Model performance and evals
What you bring to the table
You have 4+ years of software development experience
You possess deep customer empathy, and have the desire to speak with customers and make product decisions
You have a strong ability to learn new technologies and be productive in unfamiliar domains
You're passionate about tasteful user experience
Bonus points: You previously founded a startup. Extra bonus for a dev-tools startup
