Position Overview One Medical is seeking a full‑time Senior Health Primary Care Physician. You will manage a panel of adult patients with a focus on seniors, conducting acute, chronic and well visits. You will engage patients in their care and drive behavior change through collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team in a value‑based care model.

What you’ll be working on
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic and well visits
Treating patients, focusing on seniors, in office or in testing centers, including occasional tele‑health visits
Practicing in a value‑based care mode focused on high‑quality care and population‑health goals
Providing care aligned to patients’ self‑identified values and incorporating core geriatrics concepts such as shared decision making, advance care planning, frailty and multimorbidity, and safe transitions of care
Continuous learning and development during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
Utilizing your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role
Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
Board‑Certified in Internal or Family Medicine; or Board‑Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year of your start date
Additional Board Certification in Geriatric Medicine or completion of a Geriatrics Fellowship – a plus
State licensed in California, obtained before start date

This is a full‑time role based in Mill Valley, CA.
The base salary range for this role is $308,700 to $328,000 based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient‑care schedule.
