Care team model: 10.2 MDs and 21 anesthetists
Case mix includes OB (required), general, ortho, neuro‑spine, vascular, thoracic, healthy peds, and GYN
No cardiac, no intracranial neuro, no trauma
Sole provider of anesthesia services at Memorial Belleville and Shiloh Hospitals

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $225,000–$255,000 annually, plus incentive opportunities
