As a

Staff Software Engineer , you’ll play a leading role in designing, architecting, and scaling end-to-end systems that power intelligent healthcare decision‑making. You’ll work across the full stack — from sleek, performant front‑ends to robust, data‑driven back‑ends — helping define the technical foundation of a company set to redefine how healthcare dollars are spent.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and build scalable

full‑stack web applications

using Next.js, TypeScript, and Django.

Lead development of APIs, data models, and system integrations that support healthcare analytics and AI‑driven insights.

Partner closely with product and data teams to deliver intuitive, high‑performance user interfaces for healthcare administrators.

Set engineering best practices, drive code quality, and mentor junior developers within a small, high‑performing team.

Contribute to the design and optimisation of cloud infrastructure on AWS for scalability and reliability.

You Will Bring

5+ years of experience in

full‑stack product engineering , building and shipping

end‑user web applications .

Expertise in

Next.js/TypeScript

on the frontend and

Django/Python

on the backend.

Strong understanding of

PostgreSQL, RESTful API design , and cloud‑based architectures (AWS preferred).

A hands‑on, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a

fast‑paced, early‑stage startup

environment.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving real‑world problems in healthcare.

Preferred:

Experience in

AI/ML‑based product development

or health data systems.

Familiarity with tools such as Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
