Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity Where Community Spirit Meets Scenic Splendor!
Responsibilities We are seeking a
BC Pediatric Hospitalist
to join our team of 2.5 full‑time pediatric hospitalists and 2.5 pediatric intensivists at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, a highly regarded community hospital in southeast Idaho.
What You Can Expect
Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) draws patients from throughout
Idaho, Western Wyoming, and Southern Montana .
Serve a diverse patient population spanning multiple states within a
10‑bed pediatric unit
Care for medical patients on the
pediatric unit ; consult on pediatric patients in the
emergency department ,
surgical patients , and care newborn infants who do not require NICU‑level care
Part of a Top 100 US hospital named by Premier, Inc.
Only hospital in Idaho designated as “Expert” for Pediatric Care Readiness (Idaho Emergency Medical Services for Children, 2024)
Established Support Network
Pediatric physician staff include pediatric intensivists and neonatologists as part of the Pediatrix team
Additional pediatric subspecialists: neurology, endocrinology, cardiology, surgery, anesthesia
Child life specialist, pediatric nutritionists, and physical therapists
