Stepinto a leadership role in a dynamic investment firm where innovation and opportunity meet. We’re seeking a Director of Finance to oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for our private equity and real estate investments.
Compensation and Perks:
Salary Range: $180,000–$230,000/year

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the CFO on corporate finance initiatives, budgeting, and fund planning
Oversee accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, private equity investments, and real estate assets
Play a pivotal role instructuring acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and new real estate funds
Supervise and mentor a team of Controllers, AP/AR managers, and fund accountants, while planning for future hires as the company scales
Stay ahead of SEC regulations, internal controls, and tax requirements for REITs, partnerships, and private equity investments
Identify process improvements and enhance financial reporting systems
Qualifications:
10+ years in finance or accounting with a strong focus on real estate investments
Expertise in REITs, open-ended funds, and fair value GAAP reporting
Knowledge of private REIT taxation, K-1 filings, partnerships, and S-corps
Leadership experience managing finance teams and corporate financial operationsCPA designation is a plus.
Background in both public and private accounting environments preferred
