What role will you play? You will provide advisory and guidance to Macquarie Asset Management staff on risk management frameworks and policies, focusing on Wealth and Investment Solutions with a global perspective. Your responsibilities will include risk advisory, overseeing incident management and the preparation of risk reporting and insights for senior management, and leading risk and control self-assessment processes. You will conduct deep dive risk reviews to assess internal controls. You will also present findings to investors and Board members. Additionally, you will supervise, coach, and develop team members to support high performance and growth.
Compensation Salary range for this position: $220,000 - $270,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer
10–14 years of relevant experience developing or executing non-financial risk management frameworks, ideally within alternative investments or private wealth management in a Line 1 risk role
Deep subject matter expertise in wealth products and alternative investments, with applied knowledge of relevant US regulations
Strong analytical and lateral thinking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to build relationships across the business
Proven ability to manage complexity, design effective controls, and provide risk advice on projects and framework activities
High attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience, with a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
