Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Financial Management

Quality Management

Human Resource Management

Physical Plant Management

Marketing & Community Relations

Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE

Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in California

Preferred: Two years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
