Salary: USD170000 - USD200000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies tailored to the pharma and biotech sectors to enhance shareholder value and support our clients' financial goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders for our pharma and biotech clients. Prepare and present quarterly earnings reports, press releases, and other financial communications specific to the pharma and biotech industries. Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to promote our clients' vision, pipeline, and performance. Analyze market trends, shareholder feedback, and competitive positioning within the pharma and biotech sectors to inform senior management and drive strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and regulatory requirements specific to pharma and biotech. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
