Work you'll do: As a UKG Pro HCM Suite Implementation Solution Architect, you should expect to be involved in the following: Implement UKG HCM Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance with a lens toward architecting a solution for the client, considering the technology stack of the platform(s) and up and downstream systems. Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries. Work in the full lifecycle of a UKG HCM Pro project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare. Engage in mature dialogue with key client leaders to explain the complexities of the UKG solution architecture and the integration points with other systems. Participate in requirements gathering, workshops, or client meetings on integrations, development, customizations, and conversion. Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort. Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions. Qualifications Required: 5-7 years of related experience Superior knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent, and related functions, including technical & process support for the architecture. Technical experience (integrations, conversions, development including customizations) with UKG Pro modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, and Performance. Experience in the full lifecycle of HCM projects including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing. Experience leading requirements workshops or facilitating meetings. Ability to interact effectively at all client organization levels. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment. Ability to travel up to 50% depending on project needs. Bachelor's Degree required. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The salary range for this role is estimated between $131,175 and $218,625, depending on experience and other factors. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
