Site Director
serves as the clinical and operational leader for the hospitalist program, fostering collaboration between the hospital staff, nursing leadership, and OBHG. Responsibilities include oversight of program performance, quality initiatives, and physician engagement — while continuing to provide direct patient care.
Ideal candidates are board‑certified OB/GYNs with proven leadership experience and strong communication skills.
