Position Overview & Responsibilities

Lead planning activities across all project phases—from sales and engineering to supply, shipping, and commissioning.

Define decision points and turnaround times with all involved disciplines.

Create integrated project plans that identify risks and opportunities early.

Provide actionable insights and monthly progress reports to project management.

Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to align expectations and execution.

Support successful project delivery through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage your own portfolio of Parcel projects and bridge project goals with supply chain capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in project planning, ideally with Primavera or MS Project.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical thinking, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.

Advanced Excel skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Team & Culture You’ll join the Global Execution team within the Distribution Domain, with a focus on the Parcel segment. The team supports global operations and regional centers in Southern Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East.
