What will you do?
Packaging/Manufacturing Technician II needed for regulated packaging environment. Work with team on various tasks.
Manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products. Ensuring adherence to specifications and maintaining the highest quality standards. Working alongside cross-functional teams with support from a Room Leader. Performing tasks according to Good Manufacturing Principles, customer requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.
How will you get here?
High school diploma or equivalent experience, with the ability to read, write, and complete basic mathematics calculations. Experience in a similar role is a plus. Basic computer skills for data entry and job sign-in/sign-out. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Dedication to safety and adherence to all safety regulations. Physical ability to meet the job requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges. Proficiency in reading, understanding, and adhering to SOPs and GMP policies.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks continuously. Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently. Vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Must be able to work in varying temperature environments.

Compensation And Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $15.26–$22.89.
