What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Participate in requirements gathering and test strategy planning, and create, review, and execute test cases
Define test data and ensure product changes meet specifications or customer expectations
Communicate and track defects or differences in function between the program and specifications
Develop and execute automated tests, and suggest quality improvements in the development cycle
Mentor QA testers and act as the subject matter expert for assigned products or projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of four years’ experience in IT QA
Solid proficiency in testing tools, including Azure DevOps (2+ years experience) and SQL expertise (2+ years)
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA functional testing (GL, AP, PO)
Understanding of major testing types including system/integration, regression, and error testing (2+ years)
Proficient in verbal and written English with excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca and AccelQ
Knowledge of cloud ALM and financial business processes
Experience directing and mentoring others in a QA team (1+ years)
Understanding of testing proficiency in multiple SDLCs (Agile, Waterfall)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
