Bar Manager | Springwood Hotel | Lead Something Exciting
Internally, this role is referred to as Assistant Manager
We’re on the hunt for a Bar Manager to lead the charge on something new and exciting coming to the venue. We can’t spill all the details yet, but we can promise this: it’s bold, high-energy, and a chance to make your mark from day one.
You’ll be hands‑on, running the floor, mentoring a team, and helping shape a bar experience that keeps guests coming back. If you thrive in fast‑paced venues, love leading people, and are ready to take ownership, this is your moment.
What You’ll Own:
Lead and develop a high‑performing bar team
Drive exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
Ensure smooth operations across busy shifts
Mentor, motivate, and coach your team to perform at their best
Maintain compliance, safety, and operational standards
Be visible on the floor, leading by example every shift
About you:
Experienced in bar or hospitality management
Hands‑on leader who thrives on the floor
Calm under pressure and solution‑focused
Excellent communicator and mentor
Passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
Hold current RSA + RSG and any required management certifications
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
