Lia Hyundai Hartford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $60K-$125K+ based on knowledge and production
SIGN ON BONUS: Available up to $2500 based on experience and certifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have a clean and valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience
Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently
