Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. Join us to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. As the on‑site expert, you will lead a team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while providing guidance to less experienced crew members. Benefits

Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements. Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators. Maintain safe work areas and smooth traffic flow on the job site. Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders. Use hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws. Provide guidance and support to others as needed. Be ready to travel for short‑notice storm response. Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need

Be 18 years of age or older. Authorization to work in the United States for this company. High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience. Valid state driver’s license (non‑provisional) with an acceptable driving record. Pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a valid medical card. At least 3 years of related work experience. Be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified. CDL Class “A” driver license is preferred. Physical Abilities & Exposures

Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects greater than 55 pounds.
