Senior Django Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Django Backend Developer to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Django, Azure Cloud services, and big data processing using Azure Databricks and PySpark. This role involves end-to-end development, API design, cloud integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and secure RESTful APIs. Integrate and manage Azure Cloud services for deployment and maintenance. Utilize Azure Databricks and Delta Lake for big data processing and analytics. Build and optimize data processing pipelines using PySpark. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices. Mentor and guide junior developers on technical aspects and best practices. Optimize SQL/NoSQL database performance and manage storage solutions. Ensure applications meet high standards of performance and security. Participate in system architecture design and make technical decisions. Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in backend development. 8+ years of experience with Django framework. Proficiency with Azure Cloud services. Experience with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and PySpark. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web service integration. Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with Git version control and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills:

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data security standards and compliance. Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus. Certifications:
