Shift Leader - Mueller
Dish Society
is looking for a Shift Leader (Front of House) to join our team at the Mueller location. The role is full‑time, preferably with open availability, and requires regular weekend work.
Base Pay $20.00/hr – $25.00/hr plus tip pool earnings.
Responsibilities
Jump in wherever needed—taking orders, running food, making drinks, or assisting guests.
Manage shift flow and communicate between FOH and BOH, monitoring ticket times, guest experience, and team positioning.
Support team members during peak periods with in‑the‑moment coaching and positive leadership.
Open or close the restaurant using established checklists and procedures.
Lead by example in cleanliness, hospitality, and work ethic.
Handle minor guest recovery situations and elevate larger issues when necessary.
Uphold and model Dish Society’s values of hospitality, pride, growth, and connectedness.
Qualifications
Natural leader—calm under pressure and confident in communication.
Reliable and organized, showing up ready to work, lead, and support the team.
At least 18 years old with prior restaurant or hospitality experience.
Passionate about service and genuinely enjoys connecting with guests and teammates.
Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule & Availability Typically 40–45 hours per week with flexibility to adjust based on business needs. Open availability is strongly preferred, including a mix of AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Weekends are required.
Compensation Hourly wages plus tips from the FOH tip pool.
