As a Tent Delivery and Installation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring successful event setups by delivering, installing, and maintaining rental equipment. Responsibilities
Supervise and direct jobsite laborers during event setups and takedowns Load and unload rental items such as tables, chairs, tents, stages, dance floors, and lighting Operate a box truck safely to deliver equipment to customer locations Set up and dismantle tents, stages, dance floors, and lighting at event sites Provide friendly, professional delivery and installation service to customers at homes and businesses Assist with order preparation and ensure all rental equipment is tested and ready for use Clean, maintain, and perform minor repairs on rental equipment as needed Interact with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any needs Uphold company safety standards and follow appropriate safety procedures at all times Perform other duties as assigned to support event operations Qualifications
At least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) Valid driver’s license Experience driving a box truck (1+ years preferred) Ability to move, lift, and carry 50–80 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Customer service orientation and professional communication skills Ability to stand and be physically active for extended periods Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Availability for some night and weekend work as required
