Position Summary: NeighborHealth is hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our large, collaborative pediatric team in East Boston. We provide comprehensive, team-based care to a vibrant, diverse patient population and offer a unique opportunity to practice mission-driven, community-based medicine. About the Role This is a full-time outpatient position with a blend of primary care and acute care responsibilities. Providers work one evening per week and one weekend day per month, and participate in the call pool (typically 2–3 weeks per year). Coverage includes sessions in our Same Day Sick Clinic, supported by a multidisciplinary team of medical assistants, RNs, social workers, and behavioral health staff. We foster a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace where providers can thrive. What Sets Us Apart Integrated Care Programs:
CATCH (Children’s Access to Coordinated Healthcare), Let’s Get Movin’ (pediatric lifestyle and nutrition), Pediatric Asthma Program (includes community health workers, home visits, and in-office education), and Healthy Steps (early childhood development and parental support)
Embedded behavioral health, with Pediatric BH clinicians and Psychiatric NPs who can prescribe
24-hour Emergency Department and Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center, both conveniently located on-site in the same building
Fully integrated EPIC EMR system and access to on-site lab, radiology, dental, and optometry services
Medical Staff Office support for licensing, credentialing, and professional development
Opportunities for leadership development and career advancement within a growing health center
We leverage advanced EMR technology and integrated care models to deliver high-quality care
Large, diverse pediatric team of 17 MDs and 13 NPs — providing excellent peer support and collaboration

Qualifications
BC/BE in Pediatrics
Strong interest in team-based, community-oriented care
MA medical license, MCSR, and DEA required
Completion of Pediatric Residency program required
Language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic highly valued but not required
