The Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing new business for Crete Building Services -Florida, a Crete United Company. You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining the relationship, identifying, and meeting requests, and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service from CBS FL. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful MEP sales experience, be high energy with a competitive growth and entrepreneurial mindset ready to deliver outstanding service for our partners and clients. Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
· Establish customer rapport with products and services
· Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
· Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service/project members
· Continually call on assigned accounts to maintain and expand customer relationships
· Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
· Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs.
· Effectively and efficiently manage sales leads, customer orders and current projects in Sales Force
· Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and system characteristics, including knowledge of local competitive pricing and must be able to apply economic consideration: first cost, operating cost, owning cost, to projects on candidate is working.
· Work with operations team to prepare and submit all technical data for approval. Review of all submittals and orders prior to processing.
· Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and report potential claims.
· Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions
Skills and Experience:
· 3-5 years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction / Service industry (MEP) - Experience in HVAC Sales Highly Preferred
· Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
· Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
· Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
· Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.
· Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
· Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
· Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills
· Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
· Highly competitive base annual salary (DOE) and lucrative performance-based commission/ annual bonus structure.

· PTO will be accrued weekly in the calendar year in which the pay date occurs - Paid Holidays.
