What You Will Do
Lead and coach a team of Associates/Analysts responsible for process execution, portfolio oversight and monitoring
Leads the execution of the bank's loan growth strategy, aligning lending initiatives to accelerate portfolio expansion, optimize returns, and drive strategic market penetration.
Establish and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics for portfolio monitoring activities
Train team on regulatory, credit, and procedural updates; instill ownership mentality
Proactively monitor tickler items and track financial reporting deadlines
Ensure covenant compliance through timely reviews and escalations
Identify and elevate portfolio risk trends, especially in construction lending and high-risk industries
Track and follow up on exceptions (policy, documentation, collateral) in coordination with Credit
Oversight on Loan End-to-End Process and LOS vendor management
Champion best practices and efficiency enhancements in LOS
Maintain visibility into pipeline and proactively flag delays or bottlenecks, and work with PC leadership to help pull opportunities through
