Salary potential $200,000+ per year with consistent new patients
$20,000 sign‑on bonus
Hybrid schedule with flexibility: Mon 1‑7, Tue 7‑1, Wed 1‑7, Thu 1‑7, 1 Saturday per month
Two dedicated assistants
Mentorship under an experienced dentist who performs implants and more

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including general restorative, endodontic, and restorative procedures
Maintain high standards of patient care, ethical practices, and cleanliness
Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to deliver a patient‑centered experience
Qualifications
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the state of Minnesota
Valid DEA license
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and ethical practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
