Overview
Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join our Extended Hours Access team. This 0.58 – 1.0 FTE position offers autonomy, flexibility, and team‑based care while redefining work‑life balance. The schedule is biweekly, allowing clinicians to control appointment lengths and prioritize lifestyle needs.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary‑care services to a diverse patient population.
Perform a range of in‑clinic procedures as needed.
Collaborate with on‑site RN, department assistant, and RN triage to support patient care and follow‑up.
Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and organizational development.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinic policies.
Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
Valid State medical license.
Experience in outpatient practice preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
