Contracts Manager- Procurement

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM Law Firm seeking to add a Procurement Contracts Manager to their team.

Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of vendor and service contracts from initial request through execution and renewal.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand service needs and evaluate contract requirements.

Coordinate with legal teams for review of terms, ensuring alignment with firm standards.

Maintain contract records, key dates, and compliance obligations.

Support general procurement processes, including vendor onboarding, selection, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.

4+ years of procurement contracts administration preferred.

Experience with contract management or procurement processes in a professional services environment.

Familiarity with vendor negotiations and reviewing contract terms.
