What You’ll Do

Manufacturing, Maintenance and Repair process:

Deep understanding of Aircraft Assembly, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Repair processes, from engineering to shop floor manufacturing and scheduling.

SAP PP-PEO module expertise:

In-depth knowledge of SAP PP-PEO, production shop floor order management, production planning, product costing, scheduling, logistics execution, business process translation, and integration aspects.

Customization and configuration:

Configure and customize SAP PP-PEO to align with Archer’s business requirements, enhance functionality, develop new features, and implement changes to support manufacturing processes and cross‑system integrations including 3rd‑party systems such as SCADA and Teamcenter.

Integration and interface development:

Collaborate with other SAP modules and external SAP and non‑SAP systems to establish seamless integration and efficient data exchange; develop interfaces and integration solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Troubleshooting and support:

Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP PP-PEO functionality, work closely with end‑users, provide effective solutions, technical support and enhancements.

Documentation and testing:

Create and maintain technical documentation (functional specifications, technical design documents, test plans); ensure solutions are fully tested through unit, integration and user acceptance testing.

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

10+ years of experience in SAP S4/HANA and MES solution architecture.

Demonstrated experience as an SAP PP or PEO solution architect.

Proven track record of successfully installing PP/PEO in previous projects.

Experience with SAP S4/HANA is a must.

At least 5 years of experience architecting and delivering SAP PP‑PEO solutions in a complex manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of SAP PP‑PEO and SAP QM modules and their integration with other SAP modules.

Experience with shop floor integration, SCADA, and Teamcenter.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
