Salary and Benefits
Salary : $195,624 – $293,295 annually
Sign‑on Bonus : Up to $10,000
Eligible for Student Loan Repayment : Up to $110,000
Relocation Bonus Available

Responsibilities
3 days of administrative leadership and 2 days of clinical care per week
Maintain a personal patient panel (all ages, outpatient)
Supervise and mentor physicians, mid‑levels, and clinical staff
Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives
