Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician Assistant Program Director located in the Dallas, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Program Director will oversee all aspects of the program, including managing faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and developing and implementing curriculum. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning efforts, managing the admissions process, fostering relationships with clinical partners, and mentoring students and faculty. The Program Director will also ensure that the program meets high-quality educational and professional outcomes.
Qualifications Proven leadership and management skills within academic or healthcare programs Expertise in curriculum development, program accreditation, and educational delivery Experience in teaching, mentoring, and developing faculty and students Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive educational environment Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field Current NCCPA certification and eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Ohio Experience as a practicing Physician Assistant and familiarity with clinical rotations
