Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Physical Therapist with our sister company All Sports Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will assess and diagnose patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to restore and optimize physical function. The role involves close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, maintaining thorough documentation, and providing support for patient progress both in clinical settings and, when applicable, in home care environments. The therapist will also educate patients on preventative measures and self-care strategies for long-term health improvement.
Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Strong skills in Medicine, including understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment approaches Proficiency in Patient Care and providing empathetic, individualized treatment Experience with Home Care services and managing rehabilitation in various environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with medical staff and educate patients Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York Advanced certifications or specialties in orthopedics or sports medicine are a plus
