New England Golf and Tennis Camp
is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced
Tennis Director
to lead our tennis program for the 2025 summer season. Located in the scenic Belgrade Lakes region of Maine, our camp welcomes young athletes from around the world for top‑tier sports instruction and classic summer fun.
Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of the tennis program
Leading and mentoring a team of tennis coaches
Planning and delivering daily instruction for campers of all skill levels (ages 8–17)
Organizing tournaments, match play, and skill‑building clinics
Maintaining courts and equipment
Being an active and positive presence in overall camp life
Qualifications
Strong tennis background (college‑level play or coaching preferred)
Previous experience managing or directing a tennis program
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience working with youth in a camp or coaching environment
Must be available
