The Opportunity As part of the Customer Service team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful customer service initiatives. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

7 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Finance, Finance & Technology, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management, Operations Management/Research preferred

Proven success in operationalizing business strategies

Proficiency in transforming chain functions

Client relationship and network building skills

Experience in quantitative and qualitative benchmarking

Ability to manage complex business initiatives

Proficiency in insurance technology and analytics

Leadership and team-building abilities

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
