Role Summary Our Patient Navigators partner with the Care Team to help patients grow their families. Working closely with nursing, they provide information and support, simplify complex processes, and ensure a seamless transition to cycle management.
Responsibilities
Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans
Facilitate, track, and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
Explain complex medical processes and terms in an easy‑to‑understand manner
Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment
Schedule appointments
Education, Licenses & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree
Passion for Reproductive Healthcare
Exceptional Communication Skills
Employment Type Full‑time, non‑exempt, onsite. Requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.
Compensation Starting salary range: $24–$28 per hour. Salary is based on knowledge, experience, certifications and/or degrees.
