What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Increase revenues across all of the employer's solutions by acquiring new client relationships

Represent the employer's products and services in client meetings and at industry events

Understand the regional market dynamics and competitor landscape

Lead the end-to-end sales life cycle, including presentations, proposals, and client onboarding

Conduct product demonstrations and deep dives tailored to meet specific client needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or account management in digital assets, financial services, or fintech

Strong understanding of finance and technical terminology with the ability to communicate effectively across both domains

Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and a willingness to learn about new concepts like DeFi and NFTs

Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce

Critical thinking skills and an ownership mentality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with cryptocurrency protocols, tokens, and market trends

Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and product offerings
