PM & R Medical Director – Inpatient Rehab | Lafayette, IN We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) physician to serve as Medical Director for an established Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Lafayette, Indiana. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality rehab care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

Medical Director Role at a thriving Inpatient Rehab Facility

Monday–Friday schedule (No required weekends or night call)

Approximately 20% administrative duties within scope of medical leadership

BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R)

Experienced or emerging leader with strong interest in inpatient rehab and program development
