As Project Leader, Optimization, you will play an integral role in building education for Gallery, Outlet, Customer Delight and Home Delivery Centers. In this role, you will act as an advocate for the field, working closely with cross functional partners to create and curate learning materials to support an elevated client experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for written and verbal communication with an eye for detail and design.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Live and breathe Our Vision, Values and Beliefs Create product and Onboarding education that is intuitive, practice-oriented and reflective of our brand standards Develop engaging learning programs for continued education Design and develop selling tools to support customer interactions Support with the publication & composition of communications regarding product education and customer experience initiatives to our Field Teams Foster and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders
OUR REQUIREMENTS 2+ Years in education, learning or training development roles. Experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role is a plus. Demonstrated expertise creating and delivering effective learning content Proficiency in Canva, InDesign, Photoshop and content creation platforms preferred Proven experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders including business leaders and Field Teams Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent communicator with a proven ability in content or graphic design
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel locally, out of state or internationally
