We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects across the eastern United States. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy highway, bridges, asphalt paving, concrete, and horizontal construction, particularly in intermodal and rail‑related infrastructure. This position will ideally start February 1st, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage on‑site construction activities from start to finish.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Oversee work related to asphalt paving, drainage structures, track work, and other civil scopes.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Travel to project sites across the eastern U.S. (100% travel required).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in civil construction supervision.

Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, drainage, and rail‑related work.

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel full‑time.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.00/hr.
