Senior District Sales Manager - Pacific Northwest (Remote in WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, AK)
Salary:
$85,000.00 – $94,000.00
depending on experience.
Additional earnings
include commission opportunities up to $60,000.00 per year at 100% of quota (approximate).
Summary Responsible for selling Toshiba products and services via the independent dealer channel to achieve sales quota for a complex territory in support of EID revenue growth and TABS overall business objectives. Drives profitable revenue, account penetration, and expansion of sales and service coverage. Educates and trains dealer personnel on the product portfolio (MFP, BCS, POS, and solutions). Assists dealers with onboarding new personnel and provides monthly forecasts and sales productivity reports for assigned dealers.
Responsibilities
Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota and grow distribution to meet market demands.
Adopt Toshiba’s culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management, forecast accuracy and client relationship focus.
Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts and related sales reports. Analyze and determine sales potential of assigned area.
Identify problem areas and communicate regularly with management. Leverage the sales system to enter and track all sales data and activities daily.
Research, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor sales activities, and consumer needs.
Establish and maintain relationships at all levels. Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist.
Act as the primary point of contact/relationship manager for channels of distribution: BTA Dealers.
Implement sales and marketing programs and sales initiatives for assigned territory.
Collaborate with Sales Teams as required to execute sales initiatives that result in increased revenue and market share.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience.
At least seven years of sales experience related to high‑tech business products, MFPs, solutions and services.
Demonstrated product demonstration skills for MFP and solutions products.
Ability to manage a large geographic territory and proven track record meeting sales targets.
Strong client‑facing skills and effective consultative selling.
Strong communication skills; demonstrated experience with cold calling and prospecting. Must achieve sales quota and close sales.
Ability to work autonomously with excellent time‑management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to travel frequently.
