Chief People Officer (Project Management)
Essential Functions:

Work with the EVP to execute the Banks mission and strategic plan.
Develop and lead HR strategies aligned with the Banks mission and EOS framework.
Originate and champion a culture of empowerment, accountability, and goal attainment.
Advise managers on personnel actions including development, discipline, and termination.
Own employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
Lead recruiting and onboarding strategy; oversee execution by HR Director.
Administer and recommend changes to compensation, benefits, and performance systems.
Coordinate with Trainer on courses needed to help employees achieve growth and company goals.
Facilitate a regularly scheduled Manager Forum.
Counsel managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Represent Alliance Banks brand in media and community to attract top talent.
Facilitate HR-related committees and contribute to executive planning.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Promote leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth.
Maintain strong community engagement and visibility.
Actively use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to align business goals, drive accountability, and ensure effective communication across teams.

This job operates in a clerical office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to lift, bend, or stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Full-time employee must work 40 hours per week average to maintain full-time status.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (Masters preferred)
Minimum 10 years HR experience, preferably in financial services
HR industry certification(s) required
