The opportunity This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high‑performing team. Our team has a strong track record in permanent placements across Cybersecurity and AI. As a Senior (or Principal) Consultant at Stanton House, you'll be responsible for achieving your annual fee targets by mastering your specialization and immersing yourself in your niche market. You'll become an expert in expanding your customer network, securing new business, and managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process independently.
Reporting to our Executive Vice President, you'll have the advantage of leveraging existing customer relationships while also having the freedom to develop your own network!
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 18 months' 360 recruitment experience within technology. If you are already specialized in Cybersecurity or AI, even better!
